JCI Senate Philippines proudly marks the beginning of its 2026 term with the official launch of “THE JCI SENATOR”, the Official Publication of JCI Senate Philippines, celebrating its Maiden Issue No. 001. Anchored on the unifying theme “One Senate. One Legacy.”, the publication reflects the organization’s enduring commitment to leadership, service, and institutional continuity.
The publication launch coincided with the 2026 Joint Induction and Turn-Over Ceremonies of JCI Senate Philippines and the Philippine Jaycee Senate Foundation (PJSF), held at SEDA Hotel, Ayala Center, Cebu City, gathering national leaders, Past National Presidents , senators, Senate Chapters from Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao and distinguished guests from across the country.
National Leadership for 2026
Leading JCI Senate Philippines for 2026 is JCI Senator Robert L. Go, CCF, serving as National President, succeeding Outgoing National President JCI Senator Cecilia La Madrid-Dy, CCF. In his address, President Go emphasized unity, institutional strength, and legacy-building as key pillars of the organization’s national mission.
Also highlighted was the leadership transition at the Philippine Jaycee Senate Foundation, with JCI Senator Eduardo A. Echem, CCF assuming office as 2026 PJSF Chairman, succeeding Outgoing Chairman JCI Senator Victorino Cruz, JGVF.

In conjunction with the 2026 Joint Induction and Turn-Over Ceremonies, JCI Senate Philippines also convened an Additional National Board Meeting at SEDA Hotel, Ayala Center, Cebu City.
The 2026 National Board of Directors, National Officers, and Chairpersons to discuss strategic priorities, align national programs, and strengthen coordination across regions. Key agenda items included the implementation of flagship programs, governance updates, and collaborative initiatives aimed at advancing the Senate’s mission nationwide.
National Board Meeting reinforced the organization’s commitment to transparent leadership, unity in action, and effective execution of programs under the 2026 theme,
“One Senate. One Legacy.”

JCI Sen. Angelica Jones Alarva, Board Member of the 3rd District of Laguna, continues to exemplify committed leadership and public service. A former Charter President of JCI Hijas de San Pablo and an active member of JCI Senate San Pablo, she remains dedicated to leadership development and community empowerment.
She also served as a JCI Regional Laguna Officer in 2021, further strengthening youth leadership and regional collaboration across Laguna.
In 2024, Sen. Alarva served as National Chairman of Project Watch, an advocacy promoting time consciousness and honesty as foundations of effective leadership and accountable governance. She was recognized as Outstanding JCI Senator for Culture and Arts 2024 and received a Recognition Award for Advocacy Support in Environmental Protection from Greenlink 2024.
Her commitment to communication and public service continues through her roles as 2026 JCI Senate Philippines Media Relations Officer and Chairman for Media Relations of the JCI Senate Foundation.
Known as “Ms. Flawless,” Angelica Jones Alarva is also a TV and movie actress, commercial model, singer, entrepreneur, and an elected Board Member of the 3rd District of Laguna.
Sen. Alarva remains steadfast in her mission to lead with integrity, Honesty ,inspire civic responsibility, and support programs that create meaningful and lasting community impact.
